Yoga for School-Aged Children (Grades K–12)

Our kids’ yoga classes are playful, engaging, and thoughtfully designed for growing minds and bodies. Through a combination of physical poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama), mindfulness, and relaxation techniques, children build important life skills while having fun.

Whether taught during school hours, in after-school programs, or at special events, yoga helps children feel more confident, focused, and emotionally balanced—on and off the mat.
