Our Yoga Programs
At Rooted Warriors Yoga, we believe yoga should be accessible, meaningful, and fun—no matter your age or ability. Our programs are designed to meet people where they're at, combining gentle movement, mindfulness, and brain-based practices to support both physical and emotional well-being.

Here’s a look at the different ways we bring yoga to the community:

NeurOga (for Adult Day Centers & Assisted Living)
NeurOga is our signature chair-based yoga class, thoughtfully created for older adults and individuals with varying abilities. These 45-minute sessions blend gentle movement, breathwork, and simple brain-boosting activities to help improve memory, focus, and overall wellness. It’s calming, confidence-building, and completely accessible.

Girl Scout Yoga
Looking for a fun and empowering activity for your troop? Our Girl Scout yoga events encourage positive thinking, movement, and self-confidence—all while helping girls work toward their badges or journeys. We’ll bring the mats and patches, and meet you at your troop’s space or a local park!
School Yoga
We offer engaging, age-appropriate yoga for schools that helps students manage emotions, stay focused, and feel more grounded. These sessions are a great fit for classroom enrichment, after-school programs, or special wellness days.
Yoga for Teacher PD

Teachers need care, too! Our professional development sessions for educators include chair yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness practices to help reduce stress and build resilience. Your staff will leave recharged, refreshed, and will be equipped with simple tools that they can use in and out of the classroom every day. Not only does this class offer calmness, it offers the cultivation of a new, more connected community.
